Rocky Moutain Sheep ("espresso" version)
In this version the background colors are super dark. We ingrained and texturized the fur and horns for the most life like detail possible. We left the texturized surfaces flush so you can feel the "fur" as it were when touching it. If you close your eyes you might think you are petting the real animal! :)
We can also recess these ingrained surfaces and cast an 1/8" (3.175mm) thick crystal clear, invisible resin on top. This will insure possible future sanding and refinishing without harming these details. For the most natural and rustic look, a high solids penetrating alkyd was used to finish this piece. This allows for a hand rubbed waxed look with the performance of a 100% solids high durability finish.

Rocky Mountain Sheep (w/rope border)
In this version, the border stands out more and appears larger with its lighter color that features an optional rope pattern. As always, the texturized fur and horn (and here the rope border as well) portions can be left flush to be able to feel when touched, or recessed under our invisible resin casting. For the most organic (and unique) look and feel we recomend leaving the textures flush and "exposed". However, for maximum (future) sandability we recommend recessing these areas with the protective resin on top. #M-1214-REC (recessed textures)
