Designer Art Parquet
Typical engineered flooring is made with a (thin) layer of real wood "LAMELLA" glued to a (usually plywood) subsrate. This works well for strip and plank flooring or larger panels, but not so much for more intricate patterns. We have separated the lamella from the substrate so that continous sheets of plywood could be installed underneath the pattern. This will provide much better structural support and performance at a lower cost! Please click the magnifying glass on right for illustration.
We will provide the lamella (the upper solid wood pattern/wear layer) and you will provide the plywood substrate. Once the lamella is glued to the plywood on site, it becomes an "engineered floor" that is far more stable due to the continous plywood substrate.
